Thank you for this exelent coffee. I enjoyed it during the past holiday at home. I confirm the flavor and aroma developped well just few day after the roast then stabilized, I could notice the difference and it was fantastic.

When is the last time you were grateful for clean water? Or your health? Or time with your family? Everything readily available to us tends to become a commodity and we forget to enjoy the essence of it.
And when was the last time a fresh cup of coffee caused you to pause and think about its essence? My love for coffee started when I was in middle school in Europe, sipping espresso at the coffee shop and playing card with my friends. I would also go with my mom by buy fresh ground coffee from the local artisan roaster. I still feel comfort thinking about the smell of that shop.
Isn’t it interesting how we can craft something so complex from a simple seed? With over 800 distinct aromas from all over the world, the blending options of coffee beans are endless. I’m not even sure wine has so many options . .. and thus far, I’m not aware of many wines blended with grapes from multiple countries.
In addition, everybody in the process has a direct impact on the quality of the coffee you will be enjoying. It's a global labor of love! The farmers, pickers, importers, roast masters, and baristas all work together, collaborating to improve farming methods and fair trade, harvesting, drying, tracking and controlling crop quality, roasting quality, and finally extraction and brewing.
When you have your next cup of java, think about it. The passion from all those people is in that cup. And that’s why we make artisan coffee -to bring that passion out of every freshly roasted coffee bean.
